Instructions

  • Prepare the endives: Trim the base, remove damaged outer leaves, slice finely, and drizzle with lemon juice.
  • Cook the sausages: Brown the sausages in a pan until golden, then set aside.
  • Sauté the onions: In the same pan, melt butter and cook onions until translucent.
  • Cook the endives: Add sliced endives to the onions, cook for 10-15 minutes until tender.
  • Add cream and mustard: Stir in cream and mustard, season with salt and pepper.
